The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. I also appreciated how accessible everything was, from the elevators to the spacious bathrooms. It was truly a delight to stay in such a thoughtfully decorated and senior-friendly hotel.

I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Maybe a little more assistance with luggage or offering seating options would have made the vacation even better for us seniors.

The staff, especially the morning breakfast cook and Iryna at the reception, were amazing and made our stay perfect.

Small room, twin beds kept sliding apart.

The hotel has a perfect location with a stunning sea view. It is very close to leisurely areas, including an authentic Greek tavern and a small public beach. The staff is friendly, professional, welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel provides good and diverse breakfast and dinner, along with clean and nicely decorated rooms. the functioning air conditioning, numerous foreign TV channels and accessible Wi-Fi make for comfortable stays.

The hotel can be noisy at times, especially if you stay too close to the terraces or the music from nearby venues.

The breakfast and dinner offered a good variety of food. The sea view from the room was stunning and the location was perfect for getting to the nearby beach. The staff was friendly.

The hotel lacked Christmas decorations and felt cold and unwelcoming during the holiday season. The heating system was not functioning properly and made the room uncomfortably cold at night.

The Mediterranean interior design was vibrant and captivating, immersing us in the colors of the island. The air-conditioned rooms were well-appointed with amenities such as a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV, ensuring our comfort during our stay. the hotel offered a variety of menus that catered to vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free diets, and guests with allergies. Lastly, the discreet and welcoming staff were always prompt to assist and create a harmonious and memorable experience for us.

The room I stayed in at Enorme Serenity Spritz was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed, like a desk to work on, a coffee machine to kickstart my mornings, and a fridge to keep my drinks chilled. The safety deposit box gave me peace of mind, and the flat-screen TV was a great bonus. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and had all the amenities I needed. it was a comfortable and well-equipped room that made me feel right at home.

One thing that I liked less about the room was the fact that some rooms had a bath instead of a shower. Personally, I prefer showers, but I understand that others may enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.

Absolutely nothing.

Had a fantastic Easter break at a cozy hotel by the sea. Could not fault the friendly and professional staff. Loved the daily changing buffet breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from local authentic Greek restaurants and the bus station for exploring the area. Enjoyed the small public beach in front of the hotel and the convenience of a supermarket nearby.

The noise from the street at night was a little disturbing, but the bed and pillows were comfortable enough to fall back asleep. The bathtub was a little high to step in and out of for older guests, but the showerhead was excellent and the room was kept clean and tidy every day.
